- Harris/Alvin's SS/2B combo is still undefeated, (5-0)
- Most of Team Cauc-Asians had to fill in 2 spots defensively for Team Latinas because one of them failed to show up, and Brian "roid-rage barely spanish" S. was injured early in the game
Brian S. got a shoulder massage while his leg was being treated by Alvin. The two doctors-to-be just stood there.
- The game was played in 93-94 degrees weather with 60% humidity, C-rod practically died and proposed a forfeit on top of the 9th, Christos surprisingly gave up his AB as a courtesy and the final out of the inning
- To show ultimate sportsmanship, instead of lining up and shaking hands with the opposing team, the losing team just yelled at each other on the bench
- It was an intense game
- When told Arod hit his 500th career home run, someone from the minority team asked what it looked like, to which Christos responded: "It looked like a fly ball that went over an outfield wall."
- Alejandro totally blew that ball right by Roger. Also, the movie "300" was "the bomb". Both of those facts brought to you by the Chris Rodriguez Sports Bureau.
- Afro Mike had the roid rage moment of the week, when after popping up he threw a baseball over the first base side fence and missed Tom's car and possibly hit a house.
- Kevin yelled at Larry for calling him off and then not being close enough to catch the ball resulting in a missed dive by Kevin. He later apologized for yelling at him. Larry bought a gatorade for Jackson because he felt bad about it.
- Kevin jumped into the fence on an Alejandro flyball. He did not catch the ball.
- Rumors about Bryan S.'s steroid use came up again after going 3/3 with a home run and then hurting his leg when his muscles grew too fast for his ligaments and tendons to keep up with.
- Irene got lost driving to 7-eleven.
- 7-eleven had vanilla flavored slurpees/squishees which Christos thought was amazing. Jackson had a Brownie. Kevin had a strawberry shortcake Good Humour bar. Roger had a coke flavored slurpee with poor slurpee consistency.
-Brian Jackson the day before the game sent this email to the "Cock-Asians" as incentive:
Hello, Team, and welcome to this glorious union of the White and Asian communities. I feel confident that through our Unity we will emerge victorious from the fray this coming Saturday.
I'm appointing Tom Huie acting Minister of Commerce, for his dedication to the cause, as evidenced by his own merging of the races within himself. Tom, I applaud your steadfastness.
As acting captain, I've taken the liberty of preparing two Welcome statements for us all. Feel free to take to heart whichever one you more identify with.
Statement 1:
White brothers, we have been called upon to undertake a challenge on the field of baseball, this most American of pastimes. The game runs in our veins, as it ran in the veins of our fathers, and their fathers before them. Let us not forget the white heroes whose memory we fight for, founders of our nation and the principles we uphold. George Washington. Thomas Paine. Paul Revere. Leslie Nielsen. Let these names, and countless others ring in your hearts this Saturday as we do battle against the interlopers.
Lastly, let us not forget - THEY TOOK OUR JOBS.
Statement 2:
Comrades, as Chairman of the People's Team, I invite you all to go forth with me, as equals, on the field of honorable battle this Saturday. Some of us may not return, but it is a good death that instills pride in our ancestral spirits.
Remember - reactionaries are paper tigers.
Also, I do not expect that we will suffer defeat, but as a precautionary measure I have prepared a supply of ceremonial daggers and lists of next-of-kin for notification. If you would like any loved ones added to this list, please let me know by Saturday.
