- NYC's Finest defeated It's All About Brian, 29-15, behind some strong hitting and shoddy fielding - We had 3 regular flakes - Crod, Pat, and Ale - and one ghost flake, as Gabe Fox was mysteriously added to the list at 12:38 AM and then never showed up

- CCCC started the season strong, going 4/4 with a walk in his first 5 at-bats, taking the early early lead for MVP

- But Mark finished stronger, finishing 6/8. Notice that all 6 hits were singles. Because he's slow. - Two cyborgs made their league debuts

 - Chad, the guy who used to throw 90 mph, pitched a scoreless inning, striking out 3, walking 2, and nearly hitting someone in the head 3 times

- Davy, who showed up with a black eye, had 5 hits, 5 runs and 5 RBI, and played most of the game with one good leg - One random guy made his debut

- Andres, a middle aged Hispanic male, walked into the dugout, introduced himself, gave his phone number, and said he was free to play with us on Saturdays

- He then somehow found a way into this game, playing left field, and then taking over as a pitcher after Mike gave up in the 8th inning

-As expected, the next pitch was hit into left field, with Mike falling over trying to catch it, and then rolling around like a puppy as 3 runners scored

- Alvin quit quitting

- Cj took a ground ball off his face in warmups, and sported a fat lip the entire game

-It's All About Brian was doomed by bad fielding, especially in the outfield, were several balls were dropped, and a couple were actually kicked

- Kojo's day ended early, when he hurt his shoulder swinging in the 8th inning, and took himself out of the game

-Defensive play of the day? Left Fielder Brian, while attempting to throw out a runner at third, threw the ball straight into left field

- Mike, after the play - "What the fuck was that? You bypassed the entire infield!"

-Mark demonstrated the the catchers gear he bought is useless, taking a foul ball off the shoulder pad and umping the rest of the game behind the fence

- Oh yeah, HIGHLIGHT OF THE GAME: In the 6th inning, Christos took off his jersey and unveiled to the world his new physique. Several people would later proclaim it was the most beautiful thing they had ever seen
