Notes from Opening Day 2015:

- We're baaaaack.

- As was controversy - Mangan's grand slam was a fly ball 
that landed in the thicket that juts out of the trees. 
There was confusion as to how it had been ruled before - 
a double or a home run. Mangan, the batter, insisted 
it was a home run, where Mike was the most vocal in
saying it was a double. Kevin remarked after the inning
that he had hit a fly ball into the same area in a
previous game and it was ruled a double. In this
instance however, it stood as a home run.  

- "Was that a knuckleball?" - Kareem, after the 
first pitch in his at-bat against Mark. He hit the 
second pitch for a home run. The Kareem's Uncle Sports 
Bureau said it was his first career outside-the-park 
home run at any level.

- Roger farted next to Mike. Mike thought it was a car.

- 3 of It Was a Home Run!'s 5 errors were made on balls
hit by Alvin.

- Both of It Was a Double!'s errors were committed by
Mike, during the two innings he played third base.
It was a noble experiment - bless those boys for trying.

- This Johan guy is pretty good.

- In a pregame ceremony, Alvin was presented with his
Hustle and Gold Glove awards, and Sergio was reunited
with his own Gold Glove certificate.
